Arkansas Woman Arrested on Suspicion of Medicaid Fraud for $1,364

PHILLIPS COUNTY, Ark. – A Phillips County woman was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of Medicaid fraud, according to Attorney General Leslie Rutledge. Jacqueline Young, 36, surrendered to the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office and was later released on her own recognizance, officials said. She is accused of billing for services not rendered from July 2015 to October 2015 in the amount of $1,364, according to Rutledge.
