September 29, 2016 — A class-action lawsuit against three of the dental industry’s biggest companies will be allowed to proceed after a U.S. District Court judge refused to dismiss the proposed litigation, according to multiple reports.U.S. District Judge Brian M. Cogan ruled on September 28 that a class-action lawsuit filed in March against Henry Schein, Patterson Companies, and Benco Dental can proceed.
