The owner of a Dallas-based home health care services company was sentenced to 17 and a half years in prison for his role in a health care fraud conspiracy.
Wilbert James Veasey Jr., the owner of Apple of Your Eye Healthcare Services, was convicted following six-week trial on one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud and three counts of health care fraud.
