Let’s Smile Inc. is gearing up for its eighth annual Let’s Smile, Giggle & Laugh Comedy Night Fundraiser next month at the Little Theatre of Owatonna, 560 Dunnell Drive.
“It is a phenomenal night,” said Let’s Smile Founder and Director Holly Jorgensen. “It’s such a fun night of helping raise some funds for our Let’s Smile Dental Clinic and the programs that we offer for our community.”
Let’s Smile Inc. provides no-cost dental care to children and teens in southern Minnesota.
“We provide care to children that are covered with Medicaid or no insurance at no cost to their family,” Jorgensen said. “We do rely heavily on grants and donations and fundraisers to help cover the costs to be able to provide our services, and so that’s where Let’s Smile, Giggle & Laugh comes in.”
Let’s Smile provides two programs to children up to 19 in its service region. The first is a school-based dental clinic that happens in the spring and the fall.
