No news is no news. Per the online case search at the website of the Travis County Clerk, Jack Stick has another hearing date on his DWI – December 9th.
Jack Stick’s DWI hearing is being delayed once again. Now until August 28th. This is almost two years since his arrest in Austin back in September, 2012. The Travis County Criminal Courts docket search entry can be found here.

Once again, the temporary Chief Counsel of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission has had his DWI hearing delayed. The next date is June 18th.
