Richard Rosato, DMD, of Concord, NH, has been installed as the president of the American Dental Association (ADA). Prior to his induction, Rosato served as ADA president-elect and has been an active ADA member and volunteer leader for 35 years.
Extensive ADA Involvement
Rosato previously represented the 1st District on the ADA Board of Trustees from 2019 to 2023 and served as Chair of the ADA Council on Ethics, Bylaws and Judicial Affairs. His leadership within the organization has been longstanding and multifaceted.
Focus Areas for Presidency
During his term as president, Rosato intends to emphasize unity of purpose within the profession, support a culture of listening, and highlight the importance of the dentist-patient relationship and wellness. He also plans to explore the development of future-focused reports on dentistry and dental care.
