Dental firm managers accused of health care fraud

The managers of a dentist office with multiple locations in Northwest Indiana have been charged with health care fraud in U.S. District Court in Hammond.

Justyn Arch, 34, and Trystan Arch, 31, both of Valparaiso, allegedly submitted more than $350,000 in false and fictitious claims to Indiana Medicaid, according to a release from Acting U.S. Attorney Gary T. Bell.

According to documents in the case, Arch Complete Family Dentistry, with offices in Chesterton, Crown Point and briefly in Knox, was an authorized Indiana Medicaid provider of dental procedures.

In October 2017, Justyn Arch, vice president of the company, also managed the Crown Point office. Trystan Arch managed the Chesterton office. …
