Anna Ramirez-Ambriz, 55, entered a guilty plea on Friday to allegedly defrauding Texas Medicaid of more than $3 million, according to a news release.
Ambriz is the owner of Compassionate Medical Supply, a medical equipment company in Edinburg.
Between 2007 and 2013, Ambriz billed Texas Medicaid for higher quantities and more costly incontinence products than what was actually delivered to Texas Medicaid Recipients, according to the news release.
