The Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (RSDM) has become the first U.S. institution to join the International Federation of Dental Schools and Faculties (FIEFO), an Ibero-American dental consortium that encourages global dental innovation.
RSDM is the first and currently only institution throughout the U.S. to become a part of FIEFO’s membership. This partnership mirrors the school’s previous efforts to collaborate with other international dental groups including its two-week externship program with Ireland in 2024 and welcoming a student from the Seoul National University School of Dentistry to campus in 2025.
