New Details Emerge In Fraud Case Against Amarillo Orthodontist

New details emerge in the Medicaid fraud case against an Amarillo Dentist. Michael Goodwin pleaded guilty in 2012 to one count of health care fraud, now he wants his plea vacated as well as the charges. Goodwin’s family says his attorney at the time, Clark Holesinger stole more than $300,000 from him.  Court documents show Holesinger is serving time for fraud but not specifically for defrauding Goodwin. Documents from the Porter County, Indiana Prosecutor indicate Holesinger stole about $380,000 from Goodwin, though he wasn’t ever formally charged for it.
