NOTICE OF STAKEHOLDER MEETING
August 11, 2021
The Board requests stakeholder input on the following topic related to possible rulemaking proceedings:
Teledentistry, specifically implementation of Board rules in accordance with House Bill 2056 that was passed by the 87th Texas Legislature.
Staff will convene a stakeholder meeting to seek stakeholder input regarding this topic on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. The physical location of the meeting is William P. Hobby Jr. State Office Building, Tower III, Room 100, at 333 Guadalupe Street, Austin, Texas, 78701. Stakeholders will be allowed to participate in-person or via Zoom.
Staff will post details on the Board's website closer to the meeting date on how to participate via Zoom and submit comments. The details and any meeting materials will be posted here: https://tsbde.texas.gov/board-and-committees/
