A Poughkeepsie woman was sentenced to five years of probation and paid $113,584 in restitution in connection with charges that she filed timesheets for Medicaid services that were never provided.In February, Tina Gabel, 59, pleaded guilty to third-degree grand larceny, a felony, according to a press release from New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman. The sentence was handed down on April 21.
