Report details allegations against Florida dental clinic

Allegations of double billing and unlicensed administration of a drug were behind the search warrant executed by the Florida Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Unit at Churchill Dentistry in Ocala.

An affidavit filed in support of the warrant relies on information from two former employees — an office manager and a dental assistant — who described an extremely busy pediatric dental practice treating almost exclusively Medicaid patients. The affidavit does not give the names to the two witnesses, only their initials: CE and DB.
