California
Phoenix-based Salt Dental Partners opened SoCal Smiles Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry in Orange, Calif.
Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health affiliated with Santa Fe Springs (Calif.) Modern Dentistry.
Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners added NW Digital Dentistry in San Luis Obispo, Calif.
Sacramento, Calif.-based Straine Dental Management acquired Regents Dental Group in San Diego.
Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management partnered with Sierra Foothills Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, which has four locations in California. It also partnered with Douglas J. Valentine DDS Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Grass Valley, Calif.
